South Hebron Hills: Hundred settlers enter in the Palestinian village of At-Tuwani escorted by Israeli military

Dear fFriends, 

this is unsettling moment for me, as this is where I used to work, the archeological site is in At-Tuwani and the Israeli Jewish settlers visited happens to be where I had probably the most amazing religious experience of my life.  

This is an old Byzantine-era Church, and before I knew it was buried there, I experienced the living Christ, as he walked with me in December 2010.  ironically, on the 24th December armed settlers tried to enter the village on that day, but were prevented.  In an earlier blog you can read about the experience.

If the settlers are able to persuade the authorities it is a Jewish site, then it will be almost definitely taken over by the Israeli state.
